Standard System
The standard system configuration includes twin weighbridges that are manufactured from high strength, structural steel. Each weighbridge contains a pair of sealed load cells that have been extensively tested to withstand extreme dynamic loading and are proven reliable under adverse operating conditions. Users can choose the type of indicator and/or display options that best suit their needs.
Simple Installation
In ground or portable above ground systems . . . take your pick.
To flush mount the MSI-5400 AxleMAX system at your truck terminal or distribution center, only minimal saw cutting and material removal is required to pour a shallow concrete pit. An optional construction kit is available to speed installation. Below is an example of an "in ground" installation using simple, low cost construction.
Above ground installations are portable, quick with easy setup.
Detachable ramp sets are offered for "above ground" installations. Each set includes 4 steel ramps and required hardware. The ramps are designed with a low slope and do not require the weighbridges be anchored for use. Maneuvering the weigh bridges with or without the ramps installed is easily accomplished with removable lifting eyebolts. Below is an example of an "above ground" installation.
