Machinist
Perform a variety of machining operations such as milling, drilling, profiling, bench lathe and modification of existing parts. Will have the ability to work independently with drawings and minimal instruction. Will be able to select setup procedures, speeds and feeds on typical work. Will work on conventional mills and do some creating and editing of conversational programs related to programmable mills.
Requirements:
3-5 years relative experience
Proficient in general machine shop practices.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Performs daily shipments of electronic scales and parts orders domestic and internationally. Responsible for pulling parts orders for shipment as well as work orders for the production floor. Works closely with the Stockroom staff, Customer Service, Sales and Accounting Departments.
3-5 years experience using UPS online shipping system, and export shipping procedures. Organized, detailed, self-motivated and dependable. Must be able to lift 70 lbs and operate forklift
Service Technician
Will issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and recommend repair or replacement of returned items.
Will perform both electrical and mechanical repairs based on approved estimates.
Provides problem resolution and troubleshooting to customers over the telephone.
Assists with product updates.
Researches complex problems, obtaining necessary information from policies, procedures and practices.
Acts as a liaison between customer and company, providing feedback to Sales, Quality Assurance and Production.
Determines best method to resolve technical problems ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Provides guidance, training and instruction to non-technical representatives.
Will have a thorough technical knowledge of assigned products while displaying excellent communication skills.
Requirements
AA degree or certificate
Will have a minimum of 2 years experience in technical field.
